Off The Grid Studios was founded by RA Beattie, whose family lived across the street from Hunter S. Thompson in Woody Creek, Colorado — an early, close-up lesson in outlaw creativity. He cut his teeth in outdoor media, then spent sixteen years inside the music business, touring and shooting on every continent with artists and icons ranging from Collective Soul to Jeff Bridges.
